Chauffeur Service

Hourly and point to point across the county

Los Angeles Chauffeur Service
that stays with you

A day that runs from Century City to the Westside to a dinner downtown is forty miles of traffic and three separate parking problems. Keep one vehicle and one chauffeur for the whole of it, at a number agreed before any of that traffic happens.

  • One vehicle and one chauffeur for the length of the booking, however the day moves
  • The car waits at the door, so there is no parking to find and no walk back to it
  • Traffic is priced in beforehand, never added to the bill afterwards
  • Corporate days, studio calls, evening events and dinner reservations
  • A company owned fleet with chauffeurs we employ directly

Los Angeles chauffeur service, coast to foothills

Nothing here is close to anything else. A booking that starts on the Westside and finishes in Pasadena crosses most of the county, which is exactly the kind of day a chauffeur is worth having. These are the districts we are asked for most.

Before you hold a car

Traffic, waiting and what it costs

Distance is the thing that makes a Los Angeles booking different from anywhere else. These are the questions people ask first.

If we sit in traffic, am I paying for it?

On an hourly booking, yes, because you are holding the car and the chauffeur for that block of time whether it moves or not. On a point to point trip, no. The price is agreed before the day and traffic is our problem, not yours. That is the main reason people book a fixed trip rather than metering a ride at rush hour.

My stops are spread across the county. Hourly, or separate trips?

If the gaps between stops are short, hourly is almost always cheaper and always simpler, because the car stays with you instead of being re-booked three times. If there is a long gap, a few hours at an office or a full afternoon somewhere, separate trips usually price better. Send us the day and we will tell you which one costs less, including when the answer is the one that earns us less.

Where does the car go while I am inside?

That is our problem to solve, not yours. On an hourly booking the chauffeur stays nearby and reachable, and is at the door when you are ready rather than fifteen minutes away in a structure. You never have to think about valet queues, parking or walking back to a car.

Can you collect in one part of the county and drop in another?

Yes, and it is routine. The Westside to downtown, the foothills to the coast, the South Bay to Pasadena. Cross county runs are booked the same way and quoted as a single figure, so a long drive is not priced as a surprise at the end of it.

What if the day runs longer than I booked?

Tell your chauffeur and we extend. Nobody is left standing outside because a meeting overran or a dinner went on. The additional time is charged at the same rate as the booking rather than at a penalty rate.

How far ahead should I book?

The online form opens at twenty four hours ahead and will not take a trip inside that window. That is a limit of the form rather than of the company, so call if you are closer than that. For a weekday morning, further ahead is better, because the early hours are the ones that get held first.

Which parts of Los Angeles do you cover?

The Westside, the coast and South Bay, downtown, and out through Pasadena, Glendale and Burbank. Beyond the county, Orange County and most of the Inland Empire are regular work, and longer runs down to San Diego or up to the Bay Area are booked often enough to be routine.
