Full size SUVs carry a working group of up to six people with laptop bags, presentation materials and luggage in a single vehicle, which keeps a team together on the way in and lets them use the drive as prep time. The cabin is quiet enough for a conference call. For one or two travellers, an executive sedan is the cleaner choice and the more economical one, and it handles valet and structure access at tighter downtown addresses more easily. For larger attendee counts we run several vehicles on one coordinated schedule so the group arrives together rather than trickling in across twenty minutes.
Conference days rarely stay in one building. We run continuous hotel to venue movements through the day, then handle the evening leg to restaurants and reception venues across Los Angeles and Orange County. Booking the vehicle by the hour keeps the same car and chauffeur with your group from the morning session to the last dinner pickup, which costs less than a string of separate transfers once a day runs past three stops.
Visiting attendees are met at LAX, John Wayne, Hollywood Burbank, Long Beach and Ontario with their flights monitored, so a delayed landing changes the pickup and not their place on your agenda. Private aviation arrivals at regional FBO terminals are coordinated with the flight department directly. For executives arriving the night before, the transfer to the conference hotel is handled on the same booking.
