Wine Tour Transportation in Southern California

A wine day is the one outing where driving yourself defeats the purpose. Someone always ends up nursing a single pour and watching everyone else enjoy the afternoon. Book a chauffeur and nobody has to volunteer: the whole group tastes, the car handles the roads between estates, and the drive home at the end of a long, warm day belongs to somebody else.

Temecula Valley Wine Country

Temecula is the closest full wine region to both Los Angeles and Orange County, and it is where most of our wine days run. The valley holds more than forty wineries within a short drive of each other, so a well planned day covers three or four properly rather than rushing five. We regularly run tastings at Wilson Creek, Ponte, Callaway, Thornton, South Coast, Leoness Cellars, Europa Village, Mount Palomar, Wiens and Robert Renzoni, and we know which of them need a reservation on a Saturday and which will happily take a group that arrives at two.

Malibu Wine Country

For a shorter day out of Los Angeles, the Malibu hills sit under an hour from most of the Westside. Malibu Family Wines at Saddlerock, Cielo Farms and the tasting rooms along Kanan and the Pacific Coast Highway make an easy afternoon, and the drive up through the canyons is genuinely part of the experience. It suits a half day booking or an outing paired with a coastal dinner afterwards.

Orange County Tasting Rooms and Urban Wineries

If a full valley day is more than you want, Orange County's own tasting rooms in Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Orange and Laguna Beach make a relaxed evening with far less driving. We run these as a shorter hourly booking, which works well for a birthday or a small group who would rather stay close to home.

Chauffeurs Who Know the Roads

Our chauffeurs work Southern California daily and they drive these routes rather than follow an app through them. That matters more in wine country than it does in a city. The road between two Temecula estates that looks like five minutes on a map can be twenty on a Saturday afternoon, tasting room parking fills early, and the canyon roads above Malibu are not the place to be reading directions. Knowing the region is also what turns a fixed list into a good day: which estate has the shade at two in the afternoon, which one has the food you actually want at that point in the day, and how long a group of six really takes at a tasting bar.

Your Itinerary, Your Pace

Wine days are booked by the hour, which means the schedule is yours to change. Arrive with a list of estates and we will run it. Arrive with two of them decided and let the afternoon fill in the rest, and we will suggest what fits the time you have left. If a group falls in love with the third stop and wants another hour there, that is a conversation with your chauffeur rather than a problem. Lunch stops, a picnic at an estate that allows it, or an early dinner on the way back all sit inside the same booking.

Door to Door, From Anywhere in LA and OC

We collect from home addresses, hotels or a single meeting point anywhere in Los Angeles County, Orange County and the Inland Empire, and we bring everyone back the same way. Multiple pickups at the start of the day are normal and are built into the schedule. Whatever the group buys during the day travels home in the car, which is a small thing until somebody leaves with a case.

The Vehicle

Full size SUVs carry a group of up to six comfortably with room for the day's purchases, and the cabin stays cool and quiet on the drive back when everyone has had a long afternoon. For a couple, an executive sedan is the simpler option. Larger groups are handled with several vehicles running the same itinerary together, so the party stays together at every stop.

Fixed Rates and Booking

Wine days are quoted at a fixed hourly rate agreed before you travel, with the waiting time at each estate already inside it rather than added afterwards. Tell us the region, the number of people and roughly how long you want the day to be, and we will confirm the vehicle and the rate. Weekend dates in spring and autumn book up early, so it is worth arranging well ahead. Reservations can be placed online for bookings more than twenty four hours ahead, and for anything sooner call us directly.
