Guest transport is where most wedding days lose time. People arrive from different hotels, half of them do not know the area, and a venue with limited parking turns a straightforward arrival into a queue. We run hotel to venue transfers on a schedule built around your ceremony time, so guests arrive together and settled instead of trickling in through the first ten minutes.
The end of the night matters as much as the beginning. We handle departures from the venue back to the hotel or home, with vehicles staged and ready rather than called for once people are already outside waiting. Nobody drives home after a wedding, and nobody spends the reception counting drinks because they drew the short straw. For guests travelling on to the airport the following morning, we cover that leg on the same booking.
Bridal party, groomsmen and immediate family usually move on their own schedule and need their own vehicles. Full size SUVs carry a group of up to six with dresses, suits and bags travelling with them, which keeps a party together and stops the morning fragmenting across four cars. For parents and grandparents an executive sedan is often the better choice, with a door held and a short walk at either end. Larger groups are covered with several vehicles on one coordinated schedule.
Wedding weekends run longer than the wedding. We cover rehearsal dinner arrivals, welcome drinks, the morning after brunch and airport transfers for out of town family, all planned as one programme rather than a series of separate bookings you have to remember to place.
