Confidentiality is not a promise we make at the end of a booking, it is how the booking runs. Trip details are known to the people who need them and nobody else. Chauffeurs do not discuss passengers, do not photograph vehicles with clients in them, and do not post about their day. Where a production, agency or security team requires a signed confidentiality agreement before the assignment, we sign it. If a booking needs to sit under a representative's name rather than the passenger's, that is normal practice for us.
Most high profile arrivals should never touch a main terminal. We work the private aviation side of the region routinely, including FBO facilities at Van Nuys and Hollywood Burbank, and coordinate directly with flight departments, handlers and security leads on tail number, ramp access and revised departure slots. At Los Angeles International we handle the private terminal arrangement as well as standard terminal pickups when the schedule leaves no alternative. Every flight is monitored, so the car is in position before the aircraft is.
Premiere and award night arrivals are choreographed events with a hard arrival window, and the drop off point is usually not where the map says it is. We work the venue's actual production plan rather than the public entrance, which matters at the Dolby Theatre, Crypto.com Arena, the Peacock Theater, the Academy Museum, the Shrine Auditorium and the Beverly Hilton. The departure is the harder half, and the one most often mishandled: the vehicle is staged and reachable before your client stands up, not summoned once they are already exposed on a sidewalk.
For performing artists and their guests we run arrivals and departures at SoFi Stadium, the Intuit Dome, the Kia Forum, the Hollywood Bowl, the Greek Theatre, the YouTube Theater, Honda Center and the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Load in access, backstage entrances and post show egress are planned with the tour or venue contact in advance, because a stadium emptying is not a situation you improvise in.
Production days run on a call sheet, not on a pickup time. We move talent to and from the Burbank studios, Culver City, Hollywood and location shoots across the region, hold between calls rather than releasing the car, and stay flexible when the schedule moves, which it will. For press tours and junkets we run the full day across multiple hotels and outlets with the same chauffeur throughout, so the routine becomes familiar to the client instead of changing hourly.

Where a client travels with close protection, our chauffeur takes direction from the security lead on routing, staging position and timing, and does not improvise around it. We are the driving element of your plan, not a competing one. Advance route reviews and dry runs on a fixed venue are available when the assignment warrants them.

Full size SUVs suit this work well: the cabin is private, the glass is dark, luggage and security detail travel with the principal, and the vehicle draws no attention on a Los Angeles street.
