Not every trip needs a plan around it. Sometimes you need one car, one pickup and one destination, arriving on time and quoted before you get in. That is what a point to point transfer is, and it is the most straightforward booking we run.
Give us the address you are leaving from and the address you are going to, anywhere in Los Angeles County, Orange County or the Inland Empire, and we will quote a fixed rate for the trip.
Home to office, office to a client meeting, hotel to a restaurant, a residence in Newport Beach to a tower in Downtown Los Angeles: if both ends are within our coverage, we run it. There is no minimum booking length and no requirement to hold the car for the day. The Orange County to Los Angeles corridor is a route we drive constantly, in both directions, at every hour it can be driven.
Point to point also covers the trips that are too long to drive yourself and too short to fly. San Diego, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs and the wider Southern California runs are quoted as a fixed rate the same way a local transfer is. On a two hour drive the difference between driving and being driven is two hours of your day returned to you.
The vehicles are company owned, late model and maintained to one standard, which is the reason the car that arrives for your third booking looks like the car that arrived for your first. Interiors are cleaned between every trip. Full size SUVs suit groups of up to six with luggage, and executive sedans suit one or two travellers and move more easily through tight downtown and valet access. Nothing in the fleet is sourced on the day from somewhere you have not heard of.
Our chauffeurs are employed, vetted and licensed professionals who work these roads daily. The difference shows in the details rather than the destination: knowing which entrance a building actually uses, where a car can legally wait, which route holds up at four in the afternoon and which one only looks faster. They are punctual by habit, presented properly, and quiet unless you want conversation.
Every transfer is quoted as a fixed rate based on the route and the vehicle. No surge multipliers, no meter running while you sit in traffic on the 405, and no adjustment afterwards. Traffic is our problem, not a line on your invoice. The number you agree to is the number you pay.
A good share of our point to point work is repeat travel: the same executive to the same office, the same weekly medical appointment, the same standing dinner reservation. Recurring transfers can be set up in advance so the car simply arrives, and where the schedule allows it we keep the same chauffeur on the run so the routine becomes genuinely familiar.
If a trip needs a short wait or a stop on the way, tell us when you book and it goes into the quote rather than appearing afterwards. If a day has several stops or an uncertain finish, hourly chauffeur service usually works out cheaper and easier than a string of separate transfers, and we will tell you when that is the case rather than selling you the bigger booking.
